VALDUERO UNA CEPA

18 months in oak barrels. 12 months in bottle.

Made from vines that are personally chosen by Yolanda García, technical director and winemaker of the winery. Each vine have just the exact amount of grapes for elaboraring a bottle of wine. In other words, we only obtain one bottle for each plant. The result of such low production is a smaller quantity of fruit but of a higher quality, since its properties (color, flavor, etc.) are much more concentrated.

Cherry red color. The aromas of fruit and wood are assembled and memories of ripe red fruits, leather, toast and vanilla appear. In the mouth it is a well structured and balanced wine. The integration of alcohol and acidity is excellent and a different aftertaste is appreciated.

VALDUERO RESERVA 2 COTAS – TIERRA ALTA

30 months in oaks barrel. 30 months in bottle.

Valduero Reserva de 2 Cotas is the reserva that defines the Tempranillo grape from Tierras Altas (840m. and 900m. above sea level). It is a Reserva from low yield vineyards, (3,500Kg / Ha), and a long and patient aging in barrels and bottles.

We are conquered by its intense, lively and high robe garnet. Aromas of coffee, tobacco and wood. In the mouth it is strong and meaty and offers serious and powerful tannins. It shows the essence of our vineyards terroir.

VALDUERO 6 AÑOS

36 months in oak barrels. 36 months in bottle.

We make a carefully selection of grapes from vines over 30 years: it gives to this wine an extraordinary concentration of aromas. More than a wine, we could even speak of a perfume. It ages for 36 months in oak barrels of 4 different origins, and then it ages for another 36 months inside the bottle.

It is a wine with a high layer, an intense garnet color and aromas of toffee and cedar wood. Complex on the palate, it is a complete wine. It has a very persistent aftertaste. 6 Años is a memorable wine for its elegant power.

VALDUERO GRAN RESERVA 2 RACIMOS – TIERRA ALTA

48 months in oak barrels. 40 months in bottle.

Tempranillo grapes, from very low-yield vineyards (2,000 Kg./Ha.), that are located in the highest areas of the Ribera del Duero. It provides this wine a great structure and complexity. To make this artisan Gran Reserva, we make a manual selection of the two best bunches of each plant. It ages for 4 years in woods of different origins.

Garnet red. Smoked notes, fig bread, toffee and leather. In the mouth it is intense. Its tannins are very alive despite its age. Owns a intense and persistent aftertaste.
