Valduero Una Cepa Premium proves how the Tempranillo grapes from low bush vineyards can reach eternal life. Very low productions, circa 1000kg per Ha. Its production is 100% handcrafted and artisan: its fermentation takes place in 500-liter oak barrels. It is a unique wine: never ever touched by a machine. Long and patient aging in barrels of different origins for at least three years.
Vendimia manual, seleccionando los racimos uno por uno cuando llegan a
bodega. Es la demostración de la eterna vida que puede tener la uva
tempranillo procedente de un viñedo en vaso.

Intense garnet color, it is a very deep coloured wine. Notes of black fruit, blackberry and fruit compote. An elegant wine, with a well defined structure. A great wine from Ribera del Duero, it achieves an amazing balance with its velvety touch and its powe.
Ideal service temperatura: between 18ºC and 19ºC.
