ELABORATION
It is harvested by hand, selecting bunch by bunch at the vineyard. During the entire fermentation, we control its temperatura. It takes around 15 days, continuing with an over maceration with skins submerged in wine. A wine with exceptional aromas, color and tannic potential.
TASTING NOTES
It is a complex but silky wine. Very deep purple color, almost black. Really aromatic with deep notes of coffee, toast and ripe fruit. It touch is rounded, elegant, juicy and very well balanced.
Ideal service temperatura: between 12ºC and 16ºC.
