ELABORATION

6 years of aging between barrel and bottle, including a patient aging in our centenary caves. We only elaborate this wine in exceptional vintages. Completely artisan harvest with a bunches selection in the vineyard. It ages for 3 years in oak barrels of 4 different origins, in the quiet of our underground caves.

Throught this wine, Yolanda García Viadero shows that power and elegance are not at odds in a Ribera del Duero wine.
A deep coloured wine. Intense garnet color. Aromas of toffee and memories of cedar wood. Complex on the palate, it is a complete wine. Broad, meaty and enveloping. Very persistent aftertaste. A memorable wine.
