ELABORATION

In 1999 we made a selection of the best grapes and harvest them carefully. We made attention in choosing the best of our land, in order to provide you an excellent wine.
Time is our ally. A smooth and gradual aging in selected oak barrels of 6 different origins and a quiet and long rest in the bottle. The result is an immense wine, which delights for its Depth inside.

TASTING NOTES

A really great wine. Elegant. Dark red colour with some brick tones. Slightly minty aromas, leather and tobacco and soft cedar perfumes. Its touch is really silky and velvetly, with some acidity and perfectly integrated with the tannins. Its aftertaste is long-lasting and full of memories of the aromas.
Ideal service temperature ranges between 18ºC and 19ºC.
